Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect on humanless.solutions, why we process it, how long we keep it and what rights you have.
1. Who Handles Your Data
Your personal data is handled by Gennadii Kravchenko, founder of Humanless Solutions.
If you have a question about your personal data or want to exercise your rights, write to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.
2. What Data We Collect
2.1. Data You Send Us Through the Form
- Name
- Company name
- The service you are interested in
- A description of your task or project
- How you prefer to be contacted and your contact details: email, Telegram, WhatsApp or Line
- Project materials: a link and/or files in pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, jpg or png up to 20 MB
- Technical details of the request: the page you sent it from, where you came to the site from and campaign tags, the country based on your IP address, the IP address itself, your browser, system and device type, time zone, browser language and screen size. If you accepted cookies, the request also carries your Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity identifiers, so we can see how you used the site
2.2. Technical Data When You Visit the Site
When you visit the site, technical data may be processed automatically: IP address, browser and device settings, language, actions on the site, the source of the visit, cookie and device identifiers, web analytics events. Google Analytics counts visits and actions on the site without cookies; if you accepted cookies, it also uses its cookie identifiers. Microsoft Clarity and advertising services work only if you accepted cookies.
Please note: do not send special categories of personal data or other people’s confidential data through the form unless you have a legal basis to share it.
3. Why We Process Personal Data
- Handling your request: to receive it, contact you, clarify the task and prepare a consultation, a proposal or an estimate.
- Communication: to keep in touch and agree on details in the channel you chose.
- Working with materials: to keep the files and links you attached, so we understand the task and don’t lose its context.
- Analytics and improving the site: to measure visits and see how people use the site, to make it and its content better. Without your consent, only Google Analytics counts visits, without cookies; Microsoft Clarity works only with your consent.
- Advertising (only if you accepted cookies): to see in Google Ads and Meta which ads brought visitors and requests.
- News and marketing messages: only with your separate consent.
We process the data of site visitors and of people who sent us a request through the form.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
- Consent: when you tick the checkbox and send the form.
- Consent in the cookie banner: when you press “Accept”. Analytics cookies, Microsoft Clarity session recordings and advertising rely on it.
- Legitimate interest: to keep the site running and secure, to protect the form from spam (Cloudflare, Google reCAPTCHA) and to count visits without cookies (Google Analytics). This processing does not need your consent.
- Steps before a contract, at your request: when you ask for a consultation, an estimate or a proposal, and we need to process the data to answer and prepare the materials.
5. How We Receive, Store and Process Data
5.1. How Data Reaches Us
- Your request is saved in the site’s database, on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany.
- A notice about it is sent to our Telegram.
5.2. Where Files Are Stored
Files you attach are stored in the Cloudflare R2 object storage under random names linked only to your request.
6. Who We Share Data With
We share personal data with third parties only to the extent needed for the purposes above:
- Hosting of the site and its database: Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany
- Website protection, delivery and file storage: Cloudflare, Inc., USA
- Email: Google Workspace
- Web analytics: Google Analytics (without cookies until you press “Accept” in the cookie banner) and Microsoft Clarity (only after you press “Accept”)
- Advertising (only if you pressed “Accept” in the cookie banner): Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.)
- Spam protection for the form: Google reCAPTCHA
- Notifications about new requests: Telegram
- Messengers: Telegram, WhatsApp, Line (if you chose them to be contacted)
We do not sell personal data.
Some services (for example Cloudflare, Google Workspace, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Clarity, Telegram, WhatsApp or Line) may process data in other countries, including the USA. By using these services or choosing such a channel, you understand that this processing may happen to the extent needed to run the site, for analytics, for advertising (if you accepted cookies), to communicate with you and handle your request.
7. How Long We Keep Data
We keep personal data no longer than needed for the purposes it was collected for.
- Requests, correspondence and project context: up to 24 months after our last contact about the request, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first.
- Files and attachments: up to 24 months after our last contact about the request, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first, unless they are needed to sign or perform a contract.
7.1. How Data Is Deleted
Once the purpose is achieved, or when you withdraw your consent and there is no other legal basis, we stop the processing and delete the data from our systems within a reasonable time:
- request data is deleted from the site’s database;
- notifications about the request are deleted from Telegram;
- files uploaded through the form are deleted from object storage;
- technical data and cookies are managed in your browser and by the analytics and advertising services themselves.
If the data is needed to sign or perform a contract, or the law requires it, it may be kept for the period the law sets.
8. Cookies, Web Analytics and Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work and, with your consent, to link visits with analytics cookies, record how visitors move around the pages (Microsoft Clarity) and measure ads. Visits are counted without cookies even if you do not consent.
Until you accept cookies, Google Analytics counts visits without setting or reading cookies: each page view stays on its own and is not linked to your other visits. Microsoft Clarity records how people move around the pages only after you press “Accept”, and it always hides what you type into fields.
With your consent, the site uses:
- Google Analytics with its cookies, to link the pages of one visit and recognise repeat visits
- Microsoft Clarity, for heatmaps and recordings of how visitors move around the pages
- Google Tag Manager, to load advertising tags
- Google Ads and Meta Pixel, to see which ads brought visitors and requests
Without consent, the form uses Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from bots when it is sent.
Examples of cookies that may be set:
- Google Analytics: _ga, _ga_*
- Google Ads: _gcl_au
- Meta Pixel: _fbp, _fbc
- Microsoft Clarity: _clck, _clsk, CLID, MUID
- Google reCAPTCHA: _GRECAPTCHA
- The site’s own cookies and browser storage: hl_likes (articles you liked, kept for 2 years), hl_cookie_consent (your choice in the cookie banner, kept in local storage, not a cookie)
How to manage cookies: you can change your choice at any time in the block at the top of this page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block cookies and site data in your browser, article likes will not work and the site will not remember your choice.
Embedded content: pages may include videos or other content from third-party platforms. These platforms may set their own cookies and process technical data under their own policies.
Until you make a choice, the site shows a cookie banner. Microsoft Clarity, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Meta Pixel start, and Google Analytics begins to use cookies, only after you press “Accept”. If you press “Decline” or make no choice, none of these services start and none of these cookies are set; Google Analytics keeps counting visits without cookies, and the whole site still works.
9. Security
We take organisational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, change, disclosure or destruction. Only those who need it to handle your request and contact you have access to the data.
10. Your Rights
You can:
- ask what data we process about you;
- ask us to correct, restrict or delete your personal data, where the law allows;
- withdraw your consent, if the processing is based on it;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
To exercise your rights, write to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page. A new version takes effect when it is published, unless it says otherwise.
